Who we are
Synq is made and run by Aerosol (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@synq.build. “You” means the business using Synq, or the person reading this website.
Synq is pre-launch
Synq is not generally available yet. Businesses use it only through early access, under a written agreement with us. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
This website describes Synq as it is being built. What it says about features and prices can change before launch, and nothing on it is an offer to sell you anything.
Using Synq
You may use Synq to sign people in to your own products. When you do:
- You are responsible for your apps, for telling your users how you use their data, and for following the law and the terms of any sign-in provider you turn on, such as Google or Apple.
- Don’t use Synq to harm people, to send spam, to break the law, or to attack Synq or anyone else.
- Don’t test Synq’s security except as our disclosure policy allows.
- Don’t resell Synq or give others access to it without our written agreement.
Your data
Your users and their data are yours. We handle them only to run Synq for you, as the data processing terms and the privacy policy describe. You can read and export your users through the management API at any time.
Plans and billing
Nobody is billed before launch. From launch, businesses pay for a plan monthly or yearly, plus any monthly active users over what the plan includes. The people who sign in to your apps never pay.
Availability
During early access we work to keep Synq running and your data safe, but we make no promise of uptime or support hours unless your written agreement does.
Leaving
You can stop using Synq at any time. When you delete your org, Synq stops serving it at once and deletes its data 30 days later.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Synq is provided as it is during early access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can’t be limited.
Changes
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top, and we email early-access businesses about any change that matters to them.
