About the plans.

Can I buy a plan now?
No. Synq is pre-launch, so there is nothing to buy yet and nobody is billed. These are the prices Synq plans to launch with, and they may change before launch.
What is a monthly active user?
A person who signs in to one of your brands at least once in a billing month. Machine-to-machine apps never count as users, however many tokens they get.
What happens if we go over our plan’s users?
Sign-in never stops working because of how many users you have. On Pro and Scale, each user over the included amount is billed at the plan’s rate.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. A year costs ten months: two months free on Pro and Scale.
Do the people who sign in pay?
Never. Only the businesses that build on Synq pay.
